How much does delivery cost?
Our shipping cost is £10.99. This ensures your order is carefully packed and delivered securely. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out!
When is my payment taken?
Payment is taken immediately when your order is placed.
Are my credit card details safe?
Yes, we understand how important security is and will always keep your details secure. We only store limited payment card information, which is used to verify payment and for fraud prevention. We only store the last 4 digits of your credit card number and will be used when returning an item in store to verify we are refunding via the original payment card.
How do I pay for my orders?
We accept payments via PayPal Now.
How long will my delivery take?
Depending on the nature of the items ordered, delivery can take 5-9 working days.
Is the item I want currently in stock?
If the item is visible on the website then the item will be available to order. Our system is designed so that stock levels are accurate, however sometimes errors occur and occasionally products may be out of stock in our warehouse. We will contact you to advise if this occurs and discuss whether you would prefer to proceed with the order, awaiting stock to be available, or cancel your order for a full refund.
Can I amend and cancel my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.
My tracking number doesn’t work!
Tracking numbers may take 7-9 days to appear in the courier’s system. Occasionally, the courier may lose an order. If the tracking number still doesn’t work within a few days, contact the carrier.
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.
How do I order?
Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.
I wish to return part or all of my order, what should I do?
Use our contact form to tell us about the product you want to return. Please include order number, reason for return and if a refund or replacement is required. We will email you with instructions for returning the goods to your local collection point at your convenience.
Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?
No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.
However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.
